The Old Growth Cottage consists of nine bedrooms. Each bedroom has two twin beds, a television, and a full bath. There are four bedrooms on the main floor, three upstairs and three downstairs.
The main floor also consists of a kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, and a cigar room. The cigar room has a humidor which is full of cigars for no extra charge. Smoking is only permitted in the cigar room or outside. There is also a grill out on the patio which you can access through the kitchen.
The downstairs has a pool table, movie theatre, poker table, chest table, computer with internet access, fireplace, and a bar area.
