Pay Deposits and Payments for Your Golf Package
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & POLICIES TO PROCEED TO THE SECURE PAYMENT SITE.
Fullfillment Policy-Ring The Pines books lodging, course reservations and issues all confirmations in the capacity of an agent for the customer only, on the express condition that Ring The Pines shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, personal injury, damages, expenses or loss of enjoyment of any nature of which may be occasioned by acts, ommissions or negligence of the persons or companies rendering any of the related golf package fullfillment services. Ring The Pines does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to changes or delays in air, road, or other transportation services, sickness, weather, or any other causes. Ring The Pines shall not be liable for any additonal expenses caused thereby and the customer hereby expressly waives any such claim for loss, damage, or injury arising. Ring The Pines cannot guarantee weather conditions nor can Ring The Pines be responsible for any shut down, in whole or part, of the operation of lodging or golf facilities, whether they are caused by weather or any other reason.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival day will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or less will forfeit the full payment amount.

If a previous deposit has been made, please remember to pay the balance due, not full amount of package.
We request that full payment of golf package is paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
